F:\ > treasury.xls>name-hours worksheet; enter Date, Task = TJ40, Time-In

F:\newsletters\&DVD\Double A’er PDF Files – (contains PDS files of all newsletters. The current FMAATC yyyy double A’er.pdf will get sent to The Henry Ford as per Image License Agreement #38956233)

⇑ 2. Send Current Double A’er to The Henry Ford:

If using Roundcube>office@fmaatc.org

Use office@fmaatc.org>TJ-Benson folder; select TJ-text and follow instruction at top of message-body

Or If using Thunderbird

Toggle (Alt+Tab) …..Thunderbird > FMAATC>TJ-newsletter > TJ40-Benson folder; select TJ40-text and follow instructions at top of message-body

Send email – click Send in email tool bar – Note – an Email-copy is automatically stored in the TJ40-Benson folder.

⇑ 3. End Task – Time-Out, close files:

Toggle (Alt+Tab) close &DVD (Windows-Explorer folder icon)  X 

Toggle (Alt+Tab) …..Excel – treasury.xls>name-hours, enter Time-Out; save file; close file  X
