This TJ50 task produces the pkagaaers and mails them via USPS.
⇓ 1. Start – Time-In:
⇓ 2. Pre-Pkagaaer Actions:

⇓ 4. Stop – Time-Out, close file:
⇑ 1. Start – Time-In:
open treasury.xlsx > in name-hours > enter Date > Task = TJ50, enter Time-In
⇑ 2. Pre-Pkagaaer Actions:
when printaaer is sent to the printer service
> order USPS postage stamps
> obtain USPS plastic buckets
⇑ 3. Pkagaaer Production:
when printaaer is delivered from the printer service
> separate multi-page inserts (members with 8 or more AA’s)
> pkagaaer lettershop work (outer, insert, printaaer)
> seal > stamp return address > apply postage stamps
> load plastic buckets
> USPS delivery
⇑ 4. Stop – Time-Out, close file:
at treasury.xlsx > in name-hours > enter Time-Out > save > close
